Frequent questions that you may be want to ask about PRESS ON NAILS

Collapsible content

How long do press on nails last?

Press-on nails can be applied with sticky tabs (for short-term wear) or nail glue (for long-term wear). Using sticky tabs can last up to three days and can be removed at any time, while nail glue can last up to three weeks, making it ideal for vacations.

Do press on nails damage your natural nails?

Press-on nails are designed to be non-damaging for flexible wear. The chemicals in both nail glue and sticky tabs for application are formulated to be gentle on natural nails. When removed using the correct process, your natural nails should not experience any damage.

Can you overlay your press on nails over acrylic nails?

We do not recommend overlaying press-on nails over acrylics, as handmade press-on nails are designed with a specific thickness, similar to the process of overlaying gels in a nail salon—starting from the base coat to the top coat. Overlaying press-on nails over acrylics may not achieve a natural look, and they are more likely to fall off since they adhere better to natural nails.

Can you reuse your press on nails?

Press-on nails are designed to be reusable for a lifetime, thanks to their durability and overlay of salon-quality gel. With the correct removal process (and don't forget to store them back in the acrylic box), they can be reused over and over again.
